Program Terms

The binding terms for Done-For-You Applications and the Placement Assurance Program: what we deliver, when, what you commit to, and exactly when you get your money back. These terms apply to programs purchased on resumere.in from Aryavrut.

About these Program Terms

These Program Terms apply to Done-For-You Applications and the Placement Assurance Program purchased on resumere.in. Both programs are provided by Aryavrut, a sole proprietorship registered in India (GSTIN 02NPJPS3639A1ZT), at Talai, Himachal Pradesh 174030, India, which operates Resumere (“we”, “us”).

They form part of our Terms of Service and sit alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Where those documents conflict with these Program Terms for either program, these Program Terms apply. Where you hold a written quote from us, the quote applies to the extent it differs.

The version of these Program Terms in force on the day you pay applies to you for your whole program. A later change does not apply to an enrolment that is already running.

Fees and experience tiers

  • Done-For-You Applications: ₹9,999, one-time.
  • Placement Assurance Program: ₹29,999, one-time, for candidates with up to 10 years’ total work experience.
  • Placement Assurance Program, more than 10 years’ experience: priced by a written quote before you pay. The quote states the fee and any way in which your terms differ from these Program Terms. You are not charged until you accept it.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. A tax invoice is issued.
  • Fees are paid once from your Resumere credits wallet (1 credit = ₹1), which you can top up through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or PayPal. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
  • Your tier is based on the experience you declare. If your experience turns out to be materially different, we tell you before kickoff and you can either pay the difference or cancel for a full refund.
06

Kickoff and the program clock

  • We hold your kickoff within 7 days of your Request Date. If we do not, you can cancel for a full refund.
  • Your Program Period starts on the Kickoff Date, not on the day you pay.
  • Pause Days are added to the end of your Program Period. If you need a break, for example for illness or travel, ask us; we agree the pause in writing and extend your Program Period by the same number of days.
07

Your responsibilities (Participation Conditions)

Both programs depend on your participation. For the Placement Assurance Program, the following are the Participation Conditions on which the refund in section 9 depends. You must:

  • Give accurate and complete information about your experience, qualifications, salary history, notice period and right to work, and share your current CV before kickoff.
  • Attend your kickoff session.
  • Reply to your expert within 2 Working Days.
  • Approve or decline each sourced role within 2 Working Days.
  • Attend every scheduled Mock Session. You may reschedule a session once, with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Complete the coaching actions set after each Mock Session before your next session.
  • Respond to every interview invitation within 48 hours and attend every interview you accept.
  • Tell us about any job offer you receive, from any source, within 2 Working Days.
  • Stay contactable. Do not go 7 or more consecutive days without responding unless we have agreed a pause.
08

Delivery commitment for Done-For-You Applications

  • If fewer than 150 Applications have been submitted by Day 45 for reasons within our control, we continue working at no cost for up to 15 more days.
  • If there is still a shortfall at the end of that extension, we refund it pro rata: the fee divided by 150, multiplied by the number of Applications not submitted.
  • A shortfall is not within our control to the extent it is caused by Pause Days, by roles you declined, or by a Brief for which fewer matching openings exist than needed, where we told you so in writing and you chose not to widen it.
  • Done-For-You Applications is an applications service. It does not include a placement assurance, and we do not guarantee interviews or job offers under it.
09

The Placement Assurance

If you have met every Participation Condition in section 7 and you have not received a Qualifying Offer by the end of Day 90 of your Program Period, we refund the Placement Assurance Program fee in full. This is a binding commitment of Aryavrut.

A Qualifying Offer is a written offer of employment, by letter, email or employer portal, received during the Program Period for a role that matches your Brief on role family, location or remote arrangement, and employment type, at or above the minimum salary in your Brief. An offer counts whether it came from our Applications and outreach or from your own search.

An offer that does not match your Brief is not a Qualifying Offer. You are free to decline it and the assurance continues. Interviews on their own are not offers.

10

When the assurance does not apply

The refund in section 9 does not apply if any of the following happens. We record each of these on your request page when it happens and tell you in writing at the time, so nothing is raised for the first time at the end of your Program.

  • You missed a scheduled Mock Session without at least 24 hours' notice.
  • You did not respond to an interview invitation within 48 hours, or did not attend an interview you accepted.
  • You declined or withdrew from a Qualifying Offer, or accepted one and then withdrew.
  • You did not complete the coaching actions set after a Mock Session before the next session, on two or more occasions.
  • After your scheduled Mock Sessions and one additional coaching round, your expert assessed in writing, with reasons, that you do not meet the interview-readiness standard agreed at kickoff.
  • You gave inaccurate or incomplete information about your experience, qualifications, notice period, salary history or right to work.
  • You changed your Brief materially after kickoff, for example by raising the minimum salary or narrowing the locations, without our written agreement.
  • You went 7 or more consecutive days without responding, without an agreed pause.
  • You asked us to stop work or cancelled after kickoff.
  • You enrolled on a written quote that states the assurance does not apply.
  • Fraud, abuse or a breach of our Terms of Service.

If the assurance stops applying, we still deliver the rest of your Program for the full 90 days. You can challenge any recorded exclusion through the grievance process in section 14.

11

Cancellations and refunds

  • Before kickoff, you can cancel either Program for a full refund.
  • After kickoff, if you cancel, contact us and we refund a fair amount for the stage reached, taking account of the work already delivered. The full refund of the Placement Assurance Program fee is available only under section 9, and the Done-For-You shortfall refund only under section 8.
  • To claim a refund, email airesumere@gmail.com from your account email with your request reference. Claims under section 9 must be made within 15 days after Day 90.
  • We confirm in writing whether your claim is approved within 5 Working Days, with our reasons if it is not.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method. If you paid from your Resumere credits wallet, we refund to the method you used to buy those credits. Promotional or bonus credits are not refunded as money.

Confidentiality and how we use your details

  • We share your CV and contact details only with employers, HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers, and only for roles you approved, to make Applications and outreach on your behalf.
  • We do not publish, sell, rent or list your details on any job board, database, social platform or other website. Beyond the employers above, we share them only with the service providers and authorities described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We never disclose the name, contact details, employer or any other information of a past or present client to anyone, including a prospective customer who asks to speak to or verify a client. We neither confirm nor deny whether a particular person is or was a client.
  • The testimonials on resumere.in are genuine feedback from our clients. They are generalised or anonymised to protect those clients, which is also why we cannot put you in touch with them.
  • We use your name, story or feedback in our marketing only with your separate written consent.
  • Everyone who works on your Program on our behalf is required to keep your details confidential. These obligations continue after your Program ends.
