Terms of Service

Resumere (resumere.in) is operated by Aryavrut, a sole proprietorship registered in India (GSTIN 02NPJPS3639A1ZT), with its registered place of business at Talai, Himachal Pradesh 174030, India. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Aryavrut for your use of Resumere.

By creating an account or using Resumere, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use means you accept them.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Resumere. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Do not share your account or let others use it.
• Notify us at support@resumere.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

Resumere offers self-serve tools (a resume and cover-letter editor, AI writing, ATS and JD screening) and human-delivered services (such as expert resume review, LinkedIn optimisation, resume writing and Done-For-You applications).

Service descriptions tell you what is included. They are not promises of any particular outcome — we do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment.

• Resumere is pay-per-use. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and displayed before you confirm. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; a valid tax invoice is issued where required.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways such as Razorpay and PayPal. By paying, you also agree to the relevant gateway's terms.
• Credits or paid actions are consumed when the action is performed (for example, an export or an AI generation) or when a human service is started.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what is refundable and how to request a refund. In short: if you are not happy with a paid service, tell us within 3 days and we will make it right. Because pricing is per-action and not a subscription, there is nothing recurring to cancel.

You agree not to:

• Use Resumere for any unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purpose.
• Submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory or that you do not have the right to use.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service except as expressly permitted.

Our AI features generate drafts to help you. While we aim for quality, AI output can contain errors or be unsuitable for a given employer. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all content before you use it.

You keep ownership of the personal data and content you provide, and you grant us a limited licence to process it so we can provide the service. Resumere, including the platform, templates, software and AI workflows, remains our property. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service and to create and download documents for your own career use.

Resumere relies on and links to third parties (for example payment gateways and job boards). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will result in any particular career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of opportunity or employment. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

You may stop using Resumere and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as payment, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer-law rights you have, the courts at Himachal Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
